They say the best things come in threes and while I always used to think they were saying trees and looked up, when I saw this theme, I smiled. You see, shopping themes are a thing of mine and this is one of the best, if not the best, I’ve seen in a while.
This particular one from Shape 5 has had quite a lot of work done to Virtuemart and RedShop and if one of those is your extension of choice, you will be over the moon with this and even if you are new to shopping cart extensions, this could make you want to give it a try, or at the very least bookmark for when that need arises.

As if you wanted another theme to look at all of a sudden, here is one. And this one is from RocketTheme and the first time I saw it, I thought of a car. Don’t ask me why, but I have just woken up after a few beers last night, but I think it was because of the badge in the middle.
I’m also seeing stuff right now and one of those things I’m seeing is RokSprocket and I really do like it. It just works with any type of content you have and it means you can get rid of quite a few others. To say I’m falling in love with RokSprocket would be a lie, but I’m thinking about a cheeky bit on the side.

In my house, we also like Joomla Bamboo. The themes are simple, elegant and do exactly what they say on the tin .. and usually some more.

Built on the Gantry Framework, so you’ve got so much to play with, the February theme from RT is all about the business – but I have to tell you, badging this as a theme for a business is doing it an injustice.
It’s like saying a football is only for playing football when we all know it can be used for so much more. Click here to see it – and try not to think business – try to think modules, because you have a lot of them and with Gantry – you have the control.

Clarion from RocketTheme: Not just a business theme
It’s that time again. But I’m keeping my friends and there are no bends. A new Joomla theme from Shape 5 and like quite a few others of late, it seems to be focusing on Joomla and the power of design. It is lovely and I am going to use it.
Don’t get me wrong, there are loads of extensions that come with this but they’re not extensions adding new components – the extensions enhance the experience. It is well worth a look, but if you’re going to use it, try and get a bit creative with it – I want to use it as is. It is that nice.

I must have had a dream, because I was about to write this post and it looks as if the theme has changed. Could this be the first signs of me getting old?
The basis of the post in my head was that it was another great theme using Joomla rather than an extension or two to make the site look good and functional – the same could be said for this theme, but it is different to the one I had in my head. I could just be going mad.

New light and very colourful theme for Joomla
Every month there are four or five very good themes for Joomla released and I’ve written before that sometimes you stop looking at just the theme and look at the extras you get with it.
I sometimes like to get ‘just’ the theme and if you remember there was one of those last month, but this month, even though this new one from RocketTheme looks lovely – it is one of the extras that has really gotten me interested.
